Job summary

Hill's Pet Nutrition in the UK is offering a 12-month internship in Surrey/Woking to support the Category Management team across Europe. Qualifications

• Excellent communication to lead and handle ad hoc projects across the team.
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills; Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups etc.), competence with Google Suite tools is a plus.
• Achieve results through appropriate setting of priorities, planning and organization.
• Ability to work as part of team as well as on own initiative.
• Effective interpersonal style, including the ability to communicate optimally with both internal & external agencies / customers.
• Self-motivated, self-reliant, proactive with a 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work with market data to provide insights to local and regional teams.
• Be a power user of Category performance tools and run ad hoc analysis.
• Support the Commercial and Marketing teams with analysis on category performance and opportunities.
• Support the management of analytics tools working closely with the providers to ensure data integrity.
• Support insights and execution across the 7P's.
• Support Planogram creation and recommendation.
