Job summary

MPJ Recruitment are working with an established legal practice to strengthen their specialist Serious Injury team with a Litigation Executive role in Liverpool. You will support senior fee earners on high-value personal injury matters and gain exposure to complex multi-track cases.

You'll manage case progression from inception to conclusion, review medical records, prepare summaries and documentation, and liaise with barristers and experts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience within civil litigation, ideally personal injury.
• Working knowledge of CPR and relevant Pre-Action Protocols.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing medical records and evidential documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive and professional approach to client service.

Responsibilities

MPJ Recruitment are working with an established legal practice looking to strengthen their specialist Serious Injury team with the addition of a Litigation Executive.

This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators handling high-value personal injury matters involving life-changing injuries. You'll gain exposure to complex multi-track litigation while supporting senior members of the team on a varied caseload of challenging claims.

The Role

Working as part of a specialist litigation team, you'll assist with the progression of complex personal injury matters from inception through to conclusion, supporting senior fee earners whilst developing your own technical expertise.
