Job summary

Page Personnel on behalf of a well known regional law firm in Manchester/Preston seeks a Catastrophic Injury Associate/Senior Associate to join North-West teams. You will handle complex injury claims and provide clear legal guidance.

The role requires advocacy experience, supervision of junior staff, and strong knowledge of CPR and insurance litigation processes, with hybrid working and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (or CILEX equivalent) with 3–7 years PQE.
• Expert knowledge of Employers and Public Liability claims.
• Experience conducting advocacy in courts/tribunals.
• Experience supervising solicitors and support staff.
• Familiar with CPR and insurance litigation processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of complex catastrophic injury claims.
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients.
• Draft documents and correspondence with accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Attend court hearings and settlement meetings as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and targets.
