Job summary

Beazley is looking for a Catastrophe Risk Data Automation & Reporting Developer to join the Exposure Management team in Birmingham. This role focuses on enhancing data processes and automating workflows, ensuring accuracy and scalability in reporting. The ideal candidate will leverage technical coding expertise alongside knowledge of insurance data.

You will design automated solutions and collaborate with teams to improve data quality and governance. Previous experience in analytics or exposure management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level or equivalent, with strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Previous insurance experience and strong technical skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Update and optimize reporting processes using modern coding practices.
• Develop automated data transformation routines and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT on system upgrades and process redesigns.
