Key Responsibilities
  • Handle your own caseload of Employers’ Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims
  • Investigate liability, assess damages, and make clear, evidence-based decisions
  • Set and adjust reserves in line with company standards
  • Negotiate settlements within delegated authority
  • Maintain constructive relationships with clients, solicitors, and third parties
  • Provide timely and professional responses to written and phone enquiries
  • Support colleagues with general administration when required
