Zurich is seeking Claims Handlers in Birmingham to join the Casualty Claims teams. The role involves actively managing Public Liability, Product Liability and Employers Liability claims, determining coverage, liabilities and quantum, and negotiating settlements within authority limits.

The opportunity:

We are looking for Claims Handlers to work within the Casualty Claims teams in Birmingham. We are looking for inquisitive individuals with the ability to ask the right questions to extract crucial information needed for these claims.

A lack of previous casualty claims handling experience is not barrier. We are looking for talented individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, behaviours and have a passion for delivering the best possible outcomes for Zurich and our customers.
