Job summary

The Landmark London Hotel is seeking a passionate Waiter/ess to join Mirror Bar on a casual basis, with an immediate start to deliver memorable five-star service to guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest-facing service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, five-star service to guests in the Mirror Bar and hotel outlets.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Assist guests with special requests and dietary needs as required.
• Coordinate with Outlet Supervisor and Manager on duty to ensure smooth service.
• Promote and communicate F&B promotions to guests when appropriate.
• Support colleagues and perform tasks to ensure efficient service.

We are currently looking for a
passionate Waiter/ess to join our Mirror Bar on a casual basis, with
an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star
service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in

As a Waiter/ess, your main duties and expectations for the role will
include:

• To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens
  and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to
  know where to find all the information.
• To participate in food and beverage training and Master
  classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product.
• To be attentive to all guests and ensures that
  special requests are delivered.
• To work closely with Waiter, Outlet’s Supervisor
  and Manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
• To be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in
  place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
• To perform any other duties as requested by
  Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guest receive efficient service.

You will work the hours according to your availability and
business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
