Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Waiter / Waitress to join our Champagne Bar on a permanent basis with an immediate start, delivering memorable five-star service to guests and colleagues in a vibrant environment opposite Marylebone station.

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota, contributing to a team that values energy, care and personal growth. The hotel offers extensive benefits, meals on duty, uniforms, and staff discounts across the group.

Responsibilities

• Be fully knowledgeable about allergens in dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all the information.
• Participate in food and beverage training and Mater classes to ensure up-to-date knowledge of product.
• Be attentive to all guests and ensure that special requests are delivered.
• Work closely with the Waiter, Outlet’s Supervisor, and Manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
• Be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guests receive efficient service.
