Nottingham City Council is seeking a Costume Assistant to support the safe, efficient maintenance of costumes, sew, wash and iron outfits, and dress performers for shows at the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall.
This on-site casual role requires the ability to sew, stay compliant with health and safety rules, and join a team delivering high-quality costumes for performances; in return you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £13.28 and access to council benefits.

Under the direction of Wardrobe Supervisor, to perform tasks to support the safe, efficient and effective delivery of basic maintenance of costumes, being able to sow, Dress performers for performances, and events in the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall and associated spaces. To ensure compliance with Health & Safety and relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate will have:
