As a casual teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to teach and cover various subjects and engage with diverse groups of students. Whether you’re covering for an absent colleague or stepping in for a short-term assignment, your role will be to inspire, guide, and make a positive impact on students’ learning journeys.
We are a large secondary academy for students aged 11-18 years based in Grantham with over 900 students. In our latest Ofsted inspection, we were rated ‘good’ overall with praise of ‘Pupils enjoy coming to school and value the education they receive. They benefit from the dedication of staff and leaders. Pupils know that their teachers want them to do well and they feel well supported.’
