Job summary

Hilton in the United Kingdom is seeking a Casual Switchboard Operator to welcome guests with a bright, friendly phone presence, delivering memorable hospitality experiences and supporting daily tasks.

This role requires providing exceptional phone support, staying up to date on hotel services, assisting with emergency communications, using PBX and digital tools, and contributing to a positive, high‑energy guest experience across the shift.

• Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
• Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations
• Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations
• Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
