Qualifications

• Doit détenir la qualification ASA ou STA.
• Doit détenir la qualification RLSS et réussir le test de sécurité aquatique de BPL.
• Expérience en enseignement de la natation souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Implémenter des niveaux élevés de service client pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
• Organiser et superviser des cours de natation adaptés aux besoins des groupes.
• Maintenir les normes de santé et de sécurité dans l'établissement.

The rate of pay will be £13.90 up to £18.86 per hour depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Implement high levels of guest care to ensure the care, entertainment, and satisfaction of customers are maintained at all times.
2. Hold the ASA or STA Swimming Teacher qualification.
3. Hold the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification and pass BPL's water safety test.
4. Organise, instruct, and supervise swimming classes as scheduled, tailoring to the needs of specific groups and individuals.
5. Manage student progression following training guidelines and standards.
6. Maintain health and safety standards within the facility in accordance with legal and BPL requirements.
7. Prepare and dismantle equipment, ensuring safety and operational standards.
8. Maintain high standards of personal presentation and adhere to uniform standards.
9. Handle first aid as required.
10. Record attendance and assessments, and prevent unauthorized access to facilities.
11. Attend relevant meetings and undertake additional training to stay updated on aquatics developments.
12. Participate in mandatory monthly staff training sessions.
13. Provide detailed lesson plans and schemes of work for lessons.
