Confidential is seeking Casual Support Workers to cover shifts across Manchester and surrounding areas. Flexible agency role with day, night and sleep-in options, aimed at supporting vulnerable children, young people and adults.

You will join a reliable team, maintain records, follow safeguarding plans, and contribute to wellbeing and independence across residential homes, domestic abuse services, and supported living settings.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care/support role.
• A caring, adaptable, and professional approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one prior to placement.

Aufgaben

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle?

We are seeking reliable, professional, and compassionate Casual Support Workers to join our growing agency team, covering shifts across Manchester and the surrounding areas.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You could be supporting young people in a residential children's home one day and assisting vulnerable adults within a domestic abuse provision the next. We work with a wide range of services and have regular opportunities for workers who can offer flexibility across days, nights, and sleep-in shifts.

What You'll Be Doing
