Alternative Futures Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live as independently as possible. You’ll support individuals to achieve goals within their personalised plans in homes, community settings, or care facilities.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

This could be in:

• People’s own homes


• Community-based services


• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
