Job Title: Casual Support Coordinator (242075)

Job Type: Casual work, hours to suit you

Salary: £12.61 per hour plus great benefits

Typical Shift as a Bank Support Coordinator:

  • Supporting our 8 customers with diverse Mental Health diagnoses.
  • Involvement in tasks from escorting customers to appointments to liaising with care teams, empowering our customers to engage in their support planning and recovery.
  • Cooking meals or attending care reviews as part of the role.

You Bring:

  • Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.

  • Experience of supporting vulnerable people.

  • Experience of working with support plans, recording, and using information concisely and effectively.

Our Team:

You’ll join our awesome service in South Manchester. Our friendly team works alongside customers with a diverse range of mental health diagnoses, and we are all super passionate about what we do!

Job Details:

  • Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning, and keeping in touch with colleagues.
  • Enhanced DBS check required, which we pay for.

Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.
