Responsibilities include:

  1. Checking stock levels at catering outlets.
  2. Ensuring stand managers check and sign relevant documentation.
  3. Briefing catering teams prior to service.
  4. Supporting teams throughout shifts, reporting incidents to management or HR.
  5. Cashing up tills.
  6. Handling customer complaints efficiently.
  7. Carrying out stock checks at scheduled times.
  8. Ensuring cleanliness at the end of service and completing any required cleaning.
  9. Adhering to the Public Licensing Act regarding alcohol service.
  10. Monitoring alcohol service.
  11. Wearing all allocated uniforms and PPE, following hygiene guidelines.
  12. Performing any other reasonable duties.
  13. Aligning with company policies on Equality & Diversity, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Allergens.

Experience is essential. Candidates should be friendly yet professional, team players capable of resolving conflicts and accepting criticism, with good attention to detail, punctuality, and proactivity.
