Role Responsibilities

• Ensure customer requirements are met throughout service.
• Carry out stock checks at designated times.
• Supply kiosk/bar staff with requested stock from stores before half-time.
• Adhere to all health and hygiene legislation.
• Assist with front-of-house service at peak times when stock movement is no longer efficient or safe.
• Check catering outlets for cleanliness after service and perform cleaning as needed.
• Dispose of rubbish after service.
• Follow the company's Equality & Diversity policies.
• Follow all Health and Safety, Food Safety & Allergens policies.
• Wear all allocated uniform and PPE during shifts and follow hygiene guidelines.
• Maintain correct hygiene handling of food items.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested.
