  • Attend pre-match and de-brief meetings with the Stadium Retail Catering Manager
  • Check opening stock on all nominated catering outlets
  • Document any alterations on Team Leaders stock sheet
  • Transfer skims/stock to various locations
  • Brief all catering staff prior to service
  • Ensure all catering outlets are ready to start service at scheduled times
  • Assist Team Leaders when necessary
  • Recognise staff potential and promote staff development and incentives
  • Complete and sign all relevant documentation as per company procedures
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally, escalating issues as needed
  • Conduct stock checks at designated times
  • Perform security checks as per company procedures
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Comply with all regulations related to Food Safety and Health & Safety
  • Follow all company policies, including uniform and hygiene guidelines
  • Wear allocated uniform and PPE for all shifts
  • Maintain correct and hygienic handling of food items
  • Participate in required training, including online FLOW training
  • Check catering outlet cleanliness after service and complete cleaning as needed
  • Perform any other reasonable duties
  • Maintain friendliness and professionalism
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and punctuality
  • Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar settings
