Job summary

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking casual SEND Support Workers to provide flexible, on‑site support across Wood Green and Stoke Newington. You will assist post‑16 learners with complex needs, including personal care, communication and daily routines, in a specialist education setting.

We welcome experienced professionals who are dependable, compassionate and able to adapt to varying learner needs. DBS checks and safeguarding duties are part of the role, with generous referral incentives

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Hands‑on personal care experience.
• Confidence working with post‑16 learners or young adults.
• A patient, respectful and person‑centred approach.
• The ability to support learners with dignity and promote independence.
• Flexibility to work across different sites.
• Reliability and the ability to adapt to different environments and learner needs.
