Job summary

Sports Direct in the UK is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our busy store network. You’ll greet customers, help them find the right product, and deliver excellent service from the door to the till. You’ll also keep the shop floor sharp and welcoming for every guest.

You’ll receive a full in-store induction and access to internal development pathways, including progression programmes and nationally recognised qualifications, supporting your growth within Sports Direct and the Frasers Group.

• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
• Deliver brilliant service at every touchpoint, from the door to the till.

• Promote current offers and spot smart upsell opportunities.
• Work as one team to hit daily sales and service goals.
