Job summary

Sports Direct, the UK’s No.1 sports retailer, invites you to join our front-line Sales Assistant team. You’ll greet customers, help them find the right product, keep the floor tidy, and support the store through busy trading days.

From day one you’ll receive a full in-store induction and access to development pathways, including supervisor and management programmes across Sports Direct and the Frasers Group.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Motivation to deliver results and pride in your work.
• Flexibility and reliability, especially through peak trade.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.

• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Promote current offers and spot smart upsell opportunities.
