Job summary

Sports Direct is recruiting a Sales Assistant in Oswestry to greet customers, help them find products, and process transactions in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be on the front line of one of the UK’s busiest store networks, delivering brilliant service every day.

You’ll receive a full in-store induction and access to progression pathways and nationally recognised qualifications within the Frasers Group, with opportunities to move into Supervisor and Management roles.

Qualifications

• Friendly and confident attitude with a welcoming approach.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Motivation to deliver results and take pride in your work.
• Reliable and flexible, especially during peak trade.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find the right product.
• Deliver friendly service at every touchpoint from entry to till.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Replenish shelves to ensure readiness for customers.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
