Job summary

Sports Direct in the UK’s No.1 sports retailer is on the hunt for a Sales Assistant who will be on the front line, helping customers find what they need, keeping the floor sharp, and powering the team through every trading day. No two shifts look the same, and that’s exactly the point.

From day one, you’ll receive a full in-store induction, with access to internal development pathways including Supervisor and Management programmes and nationally recognised qualifications that support your growth

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
• Deliver brilliant service at every touchpoint, from the door to the till.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually on point.
• Replenish shelves and rails so the floor is always ready for the next customer.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Promote current offers and spot smart upsell opportunities.
• Work as one team to hit daily sales and service goals.
