What you’ll do

Enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

• Provide seamless, discreet, and flexible service, paying attention to detail and hygiene to ensure the best guest experience.
• Handle special guest requests involving set-ups, supplies, or occasions, often fulfilled by Room Attendants.

Operational hours are shift-based, currently from 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday, with potential changes.

What you’ll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel, apartment, or residence, performing light and deep cleaning duties.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Patience and ability to stay calm under stress.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and physical endurance.
• Good organizational skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, steaming, ironing, wardrobe organization, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, bed making, and teamwork.
