Job summary

Southampton Football Club Limited is seeking a skilled football coach for the 12–16 age group at the South East Regional Centre, based at Westway Sports Centre in London. You will coach and develop players to reach elite academy potential.

Required: UEFA B License (or working towards), FA Youth Modules, strong communication and organisational skills, and good IT literacy. This role offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with foundation and/or Youth Development age players.
• UEFA B License (or working towards).
• Age-appropriate FA certification (FA Youth Modules).

Job description

We are looking for a skilled football coach within the South East to work with our 12 to 16 age group at our South East Regional Centre based at Westway Sports Centre in London. What will you be doing? You will coach and develop young players, preparing them for elite academy level football in the foundation phase and youth development phase, including maximising the opportunities of young players to reach their full potential. This will be done by monitoring and assessing the players.
You will be qualified to the relevant level and will have experience working with junior players within the Foundation or Youth Development phase.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
