Job summary

Southampton Football Club is seeking a skilled football coach to work with 12 to 16-year-olds at our South East Regional Centre in London. You will coach and develop players, monitoring progress to help them reach elite academy standards.

Applicants should hold UEFA B License (or be working towards it) and FA Youth Modules, with excellent communication and IT skills. Flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate are offered, with safeguarding commitments in place.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching foundation and/or Youth Development age players.
• UEFA B License (or working towards) and FA Youth Modules.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; competent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop young players, preparing them for elite academy level football.
• Monitor and assess players to maximise potential.
• Support programme delivery across foundation and youth development phases.
