Job summary

Blackpool Council is recruiting Casual Leisure Assistants to supervise pool areas, maintain safety, and deliver excellent customer service within a multi-use leisure facility.

Qualifications

• Customer service standards and a positive attitude are essential.
• Maintain knowledge of pool facilities programme and training hours (NPLQ).
• Be well presented in clean uniform and tidy appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool discipline and constant vigilance of bathers.
• Ensure equipment is safe, available and set out for customers.
• Complete paperwork accurately on a daily basis.
• Keep the facility clean through inspection and cleaning regimes.
• Support the Leisure Manager and Duty Officer in security and supervision.
