Job summary

Grandir UK’s First Place Day Nursery in Beaconsfield is seeking a caring Casual Worker to join a supportive team and inspire children daily. You’ll help create a warm, home-from-home environment, supervise playroom staff and support key EYFS processes while engaging with families and carers.

Responsibilities

• Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery
• Supporting and supervising playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploying staff effectively to ensure required standards are delivered and maintained
• Ensuring the effective implementation of key person procedures and allocating children appropriately
• Ensuring practice and provision meets the requirements of the EYFS
• Providing professional and relevant feedback to parents and carers
• Promoting the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Developing open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensuring all staff maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers
