Job summary

Grandir UK Limited's Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley in Whiteley, Fareham is seeking a caring Casual Worker to support and inspire children daily.

You will join a friendly team, promote safe play, and contribute to EYFS standards while enjoying flexible hours and competitive hourly pay of £8.00 to £12.71, dependent on experience and qualifications. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day‑to‑day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
