Responsibilities

• To be totally customer focused by delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide attentive and professional table service for events, including beverages and clearing glassware.
• Ensure meeting and events rooms are clean and stocked.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Provide support for events and assist with last-minute changes or guest queries.
• Ensure all equipment is set up correctly.

The Role:

• To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• Provide attentive and professional table service, including serving and replenishing beverage, clearing glassware and responding promptly to guest's request throughout events.
• Ensuring all meeting and events rooms are well presented, clean and stocked with supplies
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience is delivered
• Provide support for events, such as assisting with last minute changes, guest queries or technical support
• Ensure all equipment is set up correctly
