Job summary

Sodexo Live! Blackburn Rovers Football Club is seeking outstanding chefs to join our team on matchdays and beyond. You will prepare and serve items per pre-agreed specifications, ensure cleanliness, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced stadium kitchen.

These casual-hour roles include weekend and evening shifts, with opportunities for progression within a world-leading food and facilities management company. You will work in a dynamic team dedicated to great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leading a team (select and supervise kitchen tasks).
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre-agreed food specification.
• All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions.
• Correct use of equipment/ tools as per instructions.
• To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen.
• Visual hazard check of kitchen.
• Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & Tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times.
• Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements.
