Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Casual Hospitality Manager with a strong focus on kitchen expediting to support our food-led operations during matchdays and major events at a football stadium.

You’ll lead the kitchen–front‑of‑house link, ensure on-time, high‑quality service and help manage busy service moments in a fast, energetic environment. Ideal candidates have experience in hospitality management within live events or high-volume settings, and can lead teams with calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality operations in high-volume or live event settings.
• Proven ability to oversee kitchen expediting and front-of-house flow during busy service periods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen expediting during live service on matchdays and events.
• Coordinate with chefs and front-of-house to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor quality, timing and presentation of food.
• Troubleshoot service issues quickly and calmly.
• Support briefing, team organisation and service standards.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role, ideal for an experienced hospitality manager who thrives in live event environments and can step in to lead service when it matters most.

This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

The role:

As part of the matchday leadership team, you’ll oversee kitchen expediting and service flow, acting as the key link between the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams. You’ll ensure food is delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standards, while supporting teams through busy service periods.

This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting stadium setting, take ownership of critical service moments, and be part of a professional, high‑energy hospitality team.

What you'll do

• Availability to commit to all matchdays throughout the season (fixtures released in June) which start in September 2026
