This role offers the opportunity to work at both Matchday and Non-Matchday Events, providing a great chance for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen
• Perform visual hazard checks of the kitchen
• Clean equipment, utensils, crockery, and glassware during and after service
• Operate the dishwasher correctly
• Dispose of rubbish properly
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen throughout and after service
• Use correct cleaning chemicals following COSHH guidelines
• Wear appropriate PPE throughout the shift, including full uniform, black trousers & tops, and safety shoes
• Store and remove unused trolleys and grates correctly
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness to safeguard standards
• Report broken or malfunctioning equipment immediately to the Supervisor
• Clock out and sign off with the senior manager of your department at the end of your shift
