Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is hiring a Casual Leisure Attendant for Winterstoke Hundred Academy in Weston-super-Mare. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.45 (plus holiday pay) on a casual contract with start date January 2027, subject to pre-employment checks.

Shifts vary across weekdays and weekends, with evening and weekend hours as typical demand dictates. You will set up and maintain facilities, supervise users, ensure safety, and provide friendly customer service, while sometimes acting as a key

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over due to insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and packing away equipment for activities and bookings.
• Supervising users and supporting the safe use of facilities.
• Maintaining clean, tidy and welcoming spaces, including changing rooms and indoor/outdoor areas.
• Carrying out routine facility checks and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service to visitors, community groups and hirers.
• Supporting site security, including acting as a key holder where required.
