The Celtic Manor Resort in Wales is seeking a Casual Leisure Attendant to join our team. You will supervise the pool and leisure spaces, assist at reception, and help maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

The ideal candidate will hold an NPLQ or equivalent, with a Pool Lifeguard qualification considered essential, and demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork in a dynamic resort setting.

We are looking to recruit a Casual Leisure Attendant who enjoys working within a team environment. This position involves participating in all activities relating to the swimming pool, reception and changing areas. The successful candidate will possess a NPLQ qualification or equivalent. A Pool Lifeguard qualification is essential.

As a Casual Leisure Attendant at The Celtic Collection, you will have a friendly and approachable disposition, possess excellent customer service skills, be a strong communicator, sociable and have a good team spirit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …

Provide swimming pool cover as and when required, maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of all leisure areas and provide reception duties when required. You will be responsible for the safety of guests within leisure associated areas as well the opening and closing of the facility and be responsible for the upkeep of materials, facilities and items will ensure that all lost and found property left behind by guests is handed in to the correct department.
