Job summary

The Celtic Collection is recruiting a Casual Leisure Attendant to join our friendly team at our Welsh leisure facilities. You will help run the swimming pool, assist with reception duties, and keep leisure areas clean and safe for guests.

The role requires a NPLQ or equivalent, with Pool Lifeguard qualification essential. You will open and close the facility and ensure lost property is handed to the correct department, supporting a high standard of guest service.

Job description

Provide swimming pool cover as and when required, maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of all leisure areas and provide reception duties when required. You will be responsible for the safety of guests within leisure associated areas as well the opening and closing of the facility and be responsible for the upkeep of materials, facilities and items used.You will ensure that all lost and found property left behind by guests is handed in to the correct department.

We are looking to recruit a Casual Leisure Attendant who enjoys working within a team environment. This position involves participating in all activities relating to the swimming pool, reception and changing areas. The successful candidate will possess a NPLQ qualification or equivalent. A Pool Lifeguard qualification is essential., As a Casual Leisure Attendant at The Celtic Collection, you will have a friendly and approachable disposition, possess excellent customer service skills, be a strong communicator, sociable and have a good team spirit.
