Job summary

Hagley Catholic High School is seeking Casual Lead Exam Invigilators to supervise examinations under the Examinations Officer, ensuring fairness and integrity in line with JCQ guidance.

Training will be provided; experience is preferred. This on-demand casual role offers flexible hours during main examination periods to support students and uphold high standards of assessment. Applicants should be available during key exam windows throughout the academic year.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided and prior exam invigilating experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to supervise and administer examinations in line with JCQ and school policies.
• Flexibility to work during examination periods as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise exams and ensure the integrity of the assessment process.
• Work under the Examinations Officer to coordinate invigilation during main exam periods.
• Attend training and comply with school and JCQ guidelines.

Salary: Grade 5 SCP 7-11, £14.13 per hour

Casual contract by negotiation during examination seasons - as and when required

Hagley Catholic High School are looking to recruit Casual Lead Examination Invigilator’s to be responsible to the Examinations Officer for the supervision and administering of exams/assessment process. Successful candidates will be familiar with and conduct examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ), awarding body and Hagley Catholic High School instructions. They will play a key role in upholding the integrity of the examination/assessment process and be readily available to support the school during the main examination periods.
