You will support basic food preparation, assist with deliveries, and help ensure waste is managed promptly. The role offers opportunities for ongoing training, wellbeing initiatives and internal development paths within a busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Ensure kitchen is spotlessly clean and food hygiene is observed.
• Report maintenance issues to the senior chef on duty.
• Wash, dry and store pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
• Assist with basic food preparation as required by the senior chef on duty.
• Manage kitchen waste promptly.
• Assist with supply deliveries and storage.
• Use systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to hygiene, COSHH and HACCP requirements.
