Job Opportunity at Wolverhampton Racecourse

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our busy kitchen team at Wolverhampton Racecourse. This role involves assisting the culinary team with various duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining cleanliness of work and public areas during and after opening hours.
2. Performing cleaning duties in accordance with Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
3. Operating plate wash and pot wash machines, including daily maintenance and cleaning.
4. Assisting with stock rotation and ensuring the safe storage of food in line with safety regulations.
5. Using chemicals safely and in accordance with PPE guidelines.
