Marriott Leeds is seeking a Casual Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team at Gino D’Acampo Leeds. The casual role offers shifts based on business needs, with opportunities to develop hospitality skills in a busy city centre hotel.

You’ll be responsible for keeping crockery and equipment clean, assisting with deliveries, maintaining hygiene, and helping the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the kitchen team with the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware and equipment are cleaned and available.
• Keep the kitchen, wash-up areas and equipment clean, tidy and organised.
• Assist with storage and movement of deliveries and stock.
• Support chefs and wider kitchen team with general duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygienic conditions in food prep and service areas.
• Follow health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and efficient working environment.

We are looking for a Casual Kitchen Porter to join the team at Gino D’Acampo Leeds, supporting our kitchen team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant. This is a casual position, with shifts offered according to business needs.

What you’ll do

• Support the kitchen team with the smooth running of the kitchen
• Ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment is cleaned and available when required
• Keep the kitchen, wash-up areas and equipment clean, tidy and organised
• Assist with the safe and efficient storage and movement of deliveries and stock
• Support the chefs and wider kitchen team with general duties as required
• Ensure food preparation and service areas are kept clean and hygienic
• Follow all health, safety and food hygiene procedures
• Help maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment at all times
