Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking a Kitchen Assistant at our Princes Risborough location. You will join a friendly team, prep breakfast and lunch, and support hospitality service, following brand standards with fresh ingredients.

We value team players with a passion for great food and strong English communication. Training through our chefs academy is available, and you can develop your skills while working 5 days over 7.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and food preparation preferred.
• Willingness to train and develop through the chefs academy.

Responsibilities

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards.
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage.

Job description

A UK charity which trains dogs to alert deaf people to a variety of sounds in Princes Risborough. This location caters from breakfast and lunch through the on site café and also provides hospitality along with external events. This location operates 7 days a week so working patterns tend to be 5 over 7 days.

We are looking for a talented Kitchen Assistantto join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Princes Risborough.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality
