Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for our Princes Risborough location to support breakfast, lunch and hospitality service. You will work as part of a friendly team, preparing meals from fresh ingredients and upholding brand standards.

Princes Risborough

A UK charity which trains dogs to alert deaf people to a variety of sounds in Princes Risborough. This location caters from breakfast and lunch through the on site café and also provides hospitality along with external events. This location operates 7 days a week so working patterns tend to be 5 over 7 days.

We are looking for a talented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Princes Risborough.

Key responsibilities:

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
• Great team player
