Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Casual Kitchen Assistant to join our Hotels team in the United Kingdom. You’ll work part-time shifts, supporting kitchen operations and delivering hospitality with warmth and integrity.

You’ll maintain cleanliness, follow health and safety standards, and collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during each shift. Expect a friendly, team-focused environment with opportunities to work additional hours and enjoy meals on duty.

• Support kitchen operations: Assist the Kitchen and bar team in maintaining a clean, organised environment to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness standards: Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly
• Ensure health and safety compliance: Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures, maintain a safe environment
• Support team efficiency: Work with the kitchen brigade to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with kitchen organisation: Help manage equipment flow and ensure items are readily available for use
• Contribute to a positive team environment: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic

• Support team efficiency: Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to keep operations running seamlessly and support overall team performance

• Assist with kitchen organisation: Help manage the flow of equipment and ensure all items are readily available for use by the kitchen team

• C ontribute to a positive team environment: Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic while supporting a productive and rewarding workplace
