The impressive new Everton Stadium, located on Bramley-Moore Dock, Liverpool, is set to be one of the most revolutionary and advanced venues for fan experience in Europe. Serving 52,888 fans per matchday, the mission is to set the standard for excellence and create exceptional experiences for Evertonians and non-match day visitors.

Job Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for several Casual Head Chefs to join our team at Aramark, delivering all food and beverage services at Everton Stadium. This role involves working on exciting events, including matchdays, offering a great chance for driven individuals to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative catering environment.

We offer competitive hourly rates, with the opportunity to be part of the inaugural season at the new stadium and beyond!

Key Responsibilities
  • Food production and operational delivery across all premium restaurants in the stadium.
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality product and service standards to meet and exceed department targets and enhance customer experiences.
  • Promoting a guest-focused culture by demonstrating deep knowledge of hospitality standards and understanding client needs, inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Maintaining food safety standards in compliance with UK law, including regular checks of temperatures, food handling, storage, and FIFO practices.
  • Managing stock, including ordering, usage, wastage, and stock checks, to prevent excess perishables.
  • Developing recruitment plans and training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Financial accountability for costs and profitability of premium operations during both match and non-match days.
Candidate Profile
  • Confident leader with senior management experience, capable of inspiring a large kitchen team.
  • Effective communicator, ensuring open dialogue between front and back of house teams.
  • Extensive experience in restaurant or A la Carte environments preferred.
  • Passionate about food and hospitality with a natural flair.
  • Structured yet flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Committed to safe and hygienic operations, adhering to all safety and legislative standards.
  • Calm, resilient, and willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
