Join Hilton as a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant in Southampton. You will support bar, restaurant, room service and events, greeting guests and taking orders to deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support all F&B operations: Work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a high level of service
• Prepare tables with precision: Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware
• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
