In the Food and Beverage department, your responsibilities will include:

• Working across bar, restaurant, conference, and room service facilities.
• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival.
• Creating a welcoming environment to promote guest loyalty.
• Gaining knowledge of menu offerings and food and alcohol standards.
• Receiving on-the-job and formal Food and Beverage training.

On your first day, you will start a structured 12-week learning journey to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel as a Food and Beverage Assistant. We are looking for someone who:
