South West Norse, a partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, is seeking a Cleaner for NHS Lower Ground Magnolia, Yeovil. The role involves daily routine and ad-hoc cleaning responsibilities in a customer-facing environment.

The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high hygiene standards and delivering quality service. An enhanced DBS check is required, with costs met by the employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial cleaning environment is advantageous but full training is provided.
• Ability to work to defined standards in a quality-driven environment.
• Good communication skills, capable of building relationships with colleagues, clients and members of the public.
• Comfortable working independently as well as being part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsabilités

• Carry out day-to-day routine and ad-hoc cleaning tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
• Maintain hygiene levels across all communal areas and support site safety.
• Deliver high standard of customer service to clients across the facility.
