Job summary

Storal Learning Ltd. in Sittingbourne is seeking an Early Years Educator to cover for Ickle Pickles Nursery School in Iwade, Kent. You will support children in line with the EYFS framework, with flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons or full days to fit gaps in the timetable.

A Level 2 (or above) qualification in early years is required; experience with children under five is advantageous. We welcome both qualified educators and those demonstrating the right values and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification within early years.
• Experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under age 5 is advantageous.
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable.
• Reflecting Storal values around responsibility, openness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide cover for children as needed, including mornings, afternoons or full days.
• Support learning activities, keep sessions engaging with EYFS-aligned plans.
• Maintain safeguarding and promote a positive, nurturing environment.
