Job summary

Storal’s Hemsley House Nursery School in Maidstone, Kent is looking for flexible Early Years Educators to cover shifts as needed. Roles are zero-hour, casual, with a pay up to £13.70 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

You’ll work to support children, deliver activities, and adapt plans day-by-day while applying EYFS standards in a nurturing environment. Benefits include childcare discounts and wellness days.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or above qualification within early years; unqualified Educators may be considered if qualities and enthusiasm are demonstrated.
• Experience with children under five is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the EYFS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide cover for children as needed for holidays, sickness or vacancy gaps.
• Support full days or sessions (morning/afternoon) as required.
• Engage in hands-on activities and adapt plans when circumstances change, while maintaining EYFS standards.
