Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a Casual Driver based in West Hallam to join our Fleet Department. The role involves delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring paperwork accuracy, and handling handovers with a customer-focused approach.

• Excellent organisational skills and communication, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow delivery instructions with attention to detail.
• Complete required documentation for deliveries.
• Deliver vehicles to customers within allocated time scales.
• Check vehicles for paperwork, damage and correct specification.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and returned to Delivery Co-ordinator.
• Lead on customer handover and address concerns.
• Log duties on daily log sheets.
• Notify hours available for work in advance.

Pentagon Motor Group are currently on the look out for a Casual Driver to join their amazing and friendly West Hallam based Fleet Department!

What Will You Be Doing?

Main responsibilities will include;

• To follow instructions with particular attention to the delivery details and to carry out such deliveries in the most cost effective way.
• To ensure all administrative systems required by the Company for deliveries are complied with and all documentation is completed.
• Deliver vehicles to customers within allocated time scales.
• To check all vehicles for paperwork, damage & correct specification.
• To ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and returned to the Delivery Co-ordinator.
• To take the lead in any customers’ concerns at handover.
• To log duties on daily log sheets provided.
• Notify us of hours available for work in advance.

Please be aware, this is a zero hours contract but hours worked will be Monday to Friday.

• An understanding of the Highway Code and other current traffic and motoring regulations
